This part-time role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration with service, marketing, licensing, and production teams, and proactive communication to ensure on-time fulfillment and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MAS 500, EDI and data entry/reporting software.
• Strong MS Office, Google Docs and Outlook skills.
• Experience using Monday.com for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support the National Account Manager with execution-related tasks for accounts within their portfolio, ensuring the National Account Manager's ability to focus on sales strategy and partner growth.
• Monitor purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and track inventory or fulfillment issues; elevate to the National Account Manager as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Licensing, Production, and Art teams to keep account deliverables on schedule.
• Support the National Accounts Team with order entry, account setup, and data maintenance, while providing backup coverage for existing support staff.
• Enter and maintain account-related data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy across products, pricing, inventory and UPCs.
• Review partner websites to ensure products, images, and pricing are accurate, and request updates when needed.
• Coordinate updates related to licensed marks, product changes, pricing, and images.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
