Church Hill Classics is seeking a Warehouse Associate L1 in Monroe, CT to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping/loading, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with MAS, DCSC and shipping software is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues related to shipping.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily/weekly pickup and delivery aligned with production needs.
• Prioritize and process order shipments under Warehouse Manager guidance.
• Support physical inventory counts, replenishment, and warehouse organization.
• Run pick lists and assist with shipping across all CHC warehouse areas.
• Replenish materials into production to maintain workflow.
• Perform loading, packing, and general warehouse duties.
• Follow SOPs with accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare warehouse/workflows ahead of peak seasons.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and safety procedures.
• Use downtime to support additional warehouse and production needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
