Job summary

Herff Jones is seeking a Seasonal Order Entry Clerk to join the Customer Service team in Arcola. The role entails entering, reviewing, and processing orders for manufacturing apparel products, ensuring accuracy before submission.

Shift is Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm with overtime during peak season and occasional Saturdays. Ideal candidates have strong Excel and MS Office skills, good communication, and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred.
• One year of data entry experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and process orders from customers and bookstores.
• Input order details into the business system and verify accuracy.
• Send orders to internal teams to resolve questions and obtain missing information.
• Organize paperwork, manage files, and keep office stocked with supplies.
• Assist with scanning, filing, and handling mailings.
