Job summary

Herff Jones is seeking a Seasonal Order Entry Clerk to join the Customer Service team for peak seasons (Winter Grad Oct–Jan; Spring Grad Jan–Apr). You will create paperwork to fulfill sales orders for manufacturing apparel products, verify and update orders, and ensure accuracy before production.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• One year of data entry experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to read and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team to resolve questions and missing information.
• Organize paperwork and maintain office supplies.
