Job summary

Macy’s is hiring a Seasonal Manager to oversee operational duties and supervise team members in the fulfillment center. The shift runs Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with emphasis on safety, orderliness, and productivity. You’ll guide colleagues, train and certify staff, and drive continuous improvement across areas.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to coaching hourly staff while maintaining a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to supervise colleagues and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and instructional reading skills for policy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe workplace behaviors are taught, emphasized, and practiced at all times.
• Foster team pride in maintaining orderliness and cleanliness within the facility.
• Provide hands-on guidance to colleagues to ensure accurate merchandise movement and productivity.
• Train and certify colleagues in operational areas, addressing training gaps with management.
