• Provide onboarding and operational training for new hires to ensure understanding of procedures, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Train Core and Seasonal colleagues on essential tasks across assigned departments.
• Deliver refresher training and retraining to improve performance and keep standards.
• Conduct regular quality and productivity checks and provide coaching as needed.
• Partner with Warehouse Managers to identify gaps and implement training solutions.
