Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Heavy lifting and prolonged standing, up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution operations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a distribution department to meet or exceed goals.
• Build high-performing teams by guiding hourly colleagues.
• Generate reports on key metrics for management.
• Ensure safety, cost control, and quality across departments.
• Present to senior management as needed.
• Identify process improvements and implement changes.
• Foster a service-focused culture and effective shift handoffs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and execution of plans.
