Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Warehouse Lead to drive daily department goals, monitor hour-by-hour performance, and guide colleagues in the fulfillment center. You will adjust staffing, conduct daily briefings, and champion process improvements to meet service and productivity targets.

In this full-time role, you’ll train teammates, ensure safety and compliance, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture while delivering reliable, high-quality operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is encouraged.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in English.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings to discuss business priorities and shift transitions.
• Coach colleagues and champion process improvements and culture.
• Ensure training, cross-training and certification across operations.
• Monitor KPIs for merchandise movement, service levels, accuracy and productivity.
• Provide hands-on direction in the fulfillment center and maintain safety.
• Balance staffing to meet daily department plans and monitor hour-by-hour performance.
