The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in box office or ticketing, Tessitura (Salesforce a plus), and proficiency in Excel. The position runs November through January with six days per week, including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of box office or ticketing experience.
• Experience with Tessitura; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site ticketing liaison at NYC Center throughout the season.
• Issue invoices and coordinate reminders for Group Sales.
• Coordinate and manage ticketing inventory with the On-Site Ticketing Manager.
• Execute ticket holds and releases with the Box Office.
• Provide on-site support at performances in the Box Office lobby.
• Process and track special requests from staff and high-value contacts.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure a smooth season.
