Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Seasonal Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment in Orlando. You will ensure customer satisfaction and report to Operations leadership.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, event support, on-site client communication, and basic troubleshooting while adhering to company processes and documentation. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a valid driver's license, with potential DOT considerations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Equipment operation: setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment/software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete systems entry and paperwork accurately and coordinate with staff and vendors.
