Job summary

Encore is seeking a Seasonal Audio-Visual Technician in Orlando to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems for hotel events. You will report to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and ensure flawless events and high guest satisfaction.

The role is seasonal, full-time with benefits, overtime, and hands-on training to support career growth. Eligible to reapply for future opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.
• Customer Service: exceed expectations, communicate with clients, verify equipment works on site.
• Technical Ability: troubleshoot and resolve equipment/software issues as they arise.
• Systems Knowledge: complete paperwork accurately and interact with vendors and clients.
