Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a seasonal full-time Audio-Visual Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. The role includes hands-on training, benefits, and potential reapplication for future opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, customer service, and on-site problem solving, with emphasis on delivering world-class service and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceeds client expectations and maintains positive relationships with guests on site.
• Troubleshoots basic equipment/software issues and communicates effectively with clients and staff.
• Completes order entries and coordinates with other staff and vendors as needed.
