Job summary

Lead office staff including Tax Preparers and administrative personnel, ensure adherence to company procedures, drive service quality, recruit and train seasonal personnel, execute local marketing, and report key metrics to Regional Leadership to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising office staff and coordinating teams.
• Must have PTIN or eligible to receive.
• 3 years tax preparation experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software.
