Liberty Tax Service is seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee a single office’s daily operations within the Managed Operations structure.

You will lead staff, ensure policy compliance, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer service during the tax season. This role acts as a liaison between the office and Regional Leadership, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Office Management: Manage day-to-day office operations and provide a professional environment.
• Staff supervision: oversee staffing, scheduling, and supervision of office personnel.
• Monitoring: track performance metrics and address operational issues.
• Customer Service: ensure delivery of exceptional client service throughout the tax season and resolve concerns.
• Compliance and Accuracy: adhere to policies, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with questions.
• Staff Development: lead recruitment, onboarding, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Marketing and Community Engagement: execute local marketing strategies and outreach.
• Documentation and Reporting: complete daily operational reports and maintain records.
