Job summary

Liberty Tax Service is seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a single tax office within the Managed Operations structure. You will lead office staff, ensure adherence to procedures, drive performance, and serve as the liaison with Regional Leadership during peak season.

This seasonal, non-exempt role requires strong leadership, customer service focus, and the ability to manage scheduling, staff development, and local marketing efforts while maintaining accurate reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of office supervisory experience or equivalent.
• PTIN or eligible to receive PTIN.
• Prior tax office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and staff performance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff training.
• Monitor service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, reporting, and performance metrics.
