Job summary

Liberty Tax Service is seeking an Office Supervisor in Macon, GA to manage daily office operations within the Managed Operations structure. You will lead staff, ensure policy compliance, drive performance, and serve as a liaison with Regional Leadership.

The role is seasonal, reports to Regional Leadership, and emphasizes customer service, staff development, and local marketing to grow the office footprint.

Qualifications

• Must have PTIN or eligible to receive
• Minimum 3 years previous tax preparation experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring effective workflow and a professional environment.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supervision of office employees including Tax Preparers and administrative personnel.
• Monitor and report office performance metrics, addressing any operational issues.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional client service throughout the tax season.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming office environment that promotes positive customer experience.
