Liberty Tax Service in Paris, TX is seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a single tax office within the Managed Operations structure.

The role provides leadership to staff, ensures adherence to procedures, and drives performance while delivering exceptional customer service. You will supervise Tax Preparers and administrative personnel, manage schedules, and liaise with Regional Leadership during peak season.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and tax preparation software.
• Must have PTIN or eligible to receive.

• Office management: oversee day-to-day operations and maintain a professional environment.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supervision of office employees including Tax Preparers and administrative staff.
• Monitor and report office performance metrics and address operational issues.
• Deliver exceptional client service and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of seasonal staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Execute local marketing strategies to promote office visibility and drive growth.
• Maintain organized documentation for client files, schedules, and performance metrics.
