Job summary

Liberty Tax Service in Greenbrier, AR is seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a single Liberty Tax office within Managed Operations. The role provides leadership to staff, ensures compliance, drives performance, and delivers exceptional customer service.

Acts as liaison between the office and Regional Leadership. The position requires supervising staff, recruiting seasonal personnel, and executing local marketing strategies to grow the office’s presence during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring workflow and a professional environment.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supervision of office staff including Tax Preparers and administrative personnel.
• Monitor and report office performance metrics, addressing any operational issues.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional client service throughout the tax season.
• Recruit and onboard seasonal staff; provide training and feedback.
• Execute local marketing strategies to promote office visibility and drive business growth.
• Maintain organized documentation for client files, employee schedules, and performance metrics.
• Submit daily operational reports and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
