Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities, including English and other languages.
• Strong knowledge of New York City venues, events, and transit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with hospitality software and guest services tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests with accurate information on New York City and directions.
• Arrange travel, transportation, theater tickets and special reservations as requested.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Review logs to ensure arrangements are executed and documented.
