Job summary

Amenity Collective in New York is seeking a polished Hotel Concierge to deliver 5-star service in a hotel setting. This front-facing role requires strong knowledge of local attractions, entertainment options, and transportation to enhance guest experiences.

There are both full-time and part-time hours available. Prior hotel concierge experience and excellent communication skills are highly valued; foreign language abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of concierge experience required.
• Deep knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues and travel options.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and confirm reservations.
• Arrange premium tickets for shows, sports, and concerts.
• Assist guests with events, excursions, transportation, and dining.
• Acquire knowledge of local premises and venues to offer recommendations.
• Answer calls, make reservations, route messages and assist guests.
• Address complaints and find suitable solutions.
• Perform location-specific duties as requested by management.
