Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information on NYC and directions
• Make and confirm travel arrangements (transportation, tickets)
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
• Coordinate with in-house services and outside venues
• Advise on NYC cultural institutions, entertainment, shopping and events
• Interact with bell staff, front desk, and doorman to ensure guest satisfaction
