Job summary

Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is hiring a Restaurant Manager for the Food & Beverage unit. The role is seasonal, based in Crystal Mountain, WA, and reports to Senior F&B Managers. It requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and guest-centered service in a high-volume mountain setting.

The candidate will lead FOH/BOH teams, manage inventory, drive staff development, and collaborate with marketing to promote the venue during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant lead role (Front-of-House).
• 2 years in banquets or catering.
• POS experience required.
• MS Office experience.
• Ability to ski/snowboard; willingness to train.
• Must have Washington MAST Card; Washington Food Handler Card.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and support budget development for F&B.
• Maintain par levels and order products.
• Coordinate deliveries with Shipping and Receiving team.
• Manage inventory input and calculation of COGs.
• Lead staff meetings and set service schedules.
• Oversee venue operations and cost control.
