Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Retail Associate to join the Retail Team at Crystal Mountain, WA. You will deliver a friendly, knowledgeable shopping experience and help guests find products for their mountain adventures.

Responsibilities include cashiering, merchandising, stocking, inventory management, and collaborating with the team to meet department goals. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required during the winter season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Background in hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting customers, identifying needs, and assisting with product selection.
• Build genuine connections with guests while creating a welcoming shopping experience.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on apparel, equipment, accessories, gifts, and resort merchandise.
• Educate guests on product features, sizing, fit, and proper use.
• Process retail transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Handle credit card transactions, returns, exchanges, and other sales-related processes.
• Assist guests with questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and resort offerings.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while seeking positive solutions.
• Maintain a visually appealing sales floor through merchandising, product placement, and display execution.
