Job summary

Crystal Mountain in Washington is a premier mountain destination, part of Alterra Mountain Company. We are seeking a seasonal Busser to support servers and bartenders, keep the dining area tidy, and ensure fast, friendly service for guests on busy evenings and weekends.

The role requires the ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level, with pay of $17.13 per hour plus tips. Perks include a free employee season pass, spouse pass, staff discounts, housing options, and potential for growth

Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently in accordance with service standards
Maintain dining room cleanliness, including floors, chairs, and service stations
Clear used plates and assist guests as needed to enhance dining experience
Ensure tables are properly set with silverware and napkins for the next guest
Transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas safely and efficiently
Maintain organization and stock levels at bussing stations
Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Support overall team productivity by anticipating service needs
Other duties as assigned
