Job summary

Mission Ridge is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain and troubleshoot technical systems and network infrastructure across the resort. You will need a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operation in a dynamic mountain environment.

The ideal candidate should be calm under pressure, eager to learn, and have experience with Windows, Google Workspace, MacOS, iOS, Android,ChromeOS, and basic networking concepts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of guest service or related experience is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure (firewalls, access points, switches) is important.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Google Workspace, MacOS, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for POS systems, workstations, and VOIP issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and basic network devices; support and improve security protocols.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve system issues; maintain calm, professional demeanor.
• Perform other IT support tasks as assigned.
