The ideal candidate will have CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, 2+ years of IT support experience, and solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365. Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and willing to work weekends or nights for events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Meraki Wi-Fi and basic network troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Support conference and event IT setups, including client equipment and Wi-Fi access.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems and related apps.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (wired and Meraki wireless).
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and permissions.
• Maintain documentation of support activities and equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement process improvements.
• Provide timely, courteous communication with internal customers.
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend/evening event coverage.
