Job summary

Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician for the winter season. You will maintain and troubleshoot technical systems across the resort, supporting POS, workstations, VOIP, and network infrastructure.

This role requires a proactive problem-solving mindset, the ability to work in a mountain environment, and the willingness to climb ladders and assist guests and staff. HS diploma or GED preferred; 1 year guest-service experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some guest-service experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure (firewalls, access points, switches) is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for POS, office, and operations staff.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and VOIP issues.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve system problems.
• Enforce security protocols and protect confidential information.
• Maintain safe, clean workspaces and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with general IT tasks as needed.
