Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners is seeking a Dispatcher for Willamette Pass Resort in Oregon. You will coordinate lift status, radio/phone traffic, and emergency communications, while supporting Ski Patrol with basic first aid and patient care during slower periods.

You must be 18+, have a High School diploma, and hold First Aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain it before start. Strong communication, calmness under pressure, and computer familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain before start date.
• Calm under pressure with good judgment and strong communication skills.
• Ability to juggle radio, phone and paperwork efficiently and accurately.
• Comfort with basic computers and dispatch systems; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lift status, radio and phone traffic as the communications hub.
• Handle emergencies by contacting 911 and coordinating with Ski Patrol and management.
• Maintain daily logs, incident and radio records to ensure traceability.
• Assist Ski Patrol with basic first aid and walk-in patient care during slower periods.
• Inform guests of mountain status updates with Marketing support.
