Job summary

The Mountain Operations Dispatcher at Killington Resort is a part-time seasonal role coordinating two-way radio communications between Ski Patrol, Lift Operations, Lift Maintenance, and other resort staff to ensure timely updates and safety announcements.

It involves handling emergency responses, guest assistance, incident logging, and close collaboration with departments to provide a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate two-way radio communications between Ski Patrol, Lift Operations, Lift Maintenance and other resort staff.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate Ski Patrol and maintenance responses.
• Assist guests by coordinating services such as transportation and information delivery.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of communications and incidents.
• Collaborate with ski patrol, guest services and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
