Job summary

Total Wine & More in Dallas, TX is seeking Seasonal Store Team Members to support merchandising, curbside pickup, and delivery services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to store management.

The role requires flexibility, basic POS familiarity, and the ability to lift and stand for long periods. Gain experience in wine and spirits, participate in staff training, and enjoy benefits like PTO and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and adhere to all laws related to the sale of alcohol.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner.
