Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in the United States to deliver outstanding customer service while maximizing inventory and supporting online operations. You may assist with in-store, curbside pickup, and deliveries, and you will be referred to internally as Merchandiser.

Responsibilities include stocking, training in wine, spirits, and beer, and ensuring safety/compliance. The role is seasonal with a competitive hourly wage and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise.
• Support online business operations and curbside pickup/delivery services.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely when delivery is an essential function.
