Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Seasonal Store Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service and support merchandising, curbside and in-store orders. You will maximize inventory, greet customers, and participate in product training while following all safety and legal requirements.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, training, and career development within a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail or POS experience is valued; a 21+ age requirement and physical stamina are noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and supporting digital orders.
• Greet customers and provide personalized service.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
• Adhere to all laws and safety regulations related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
