Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser. The role focuses on merchandising, inventory handling, and assisting with curbside or delivery services. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, and are able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Benefits include PTO, store discounts, and healthcare options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Support online business operations and curbside/delivery services.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally per company policies.
• Engage in training and contribute to merchandising displays and signages.
