Job summary

Total Wine & More in Fort Worth, TX is seeking Store Team Members to support merchandising, customer service, and online order fulfillment. Internally called Merchandiser, you will stock, build displays, process freight, assist with curbside pickup and delivery, and help customers with product knowledge.

Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends; prior retail or POS experience is preferred. Seasonal positions may lead to non-seasonal roles; you’ll join a team focused on safety, compliance,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and stock merchandising tasks such as loading, pulling and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers to build relationships and inform about products and services.
• Support online business operations including fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery.
• Load and deliver orders when required, following safety and company policies.
