Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to support store operations in Dallas. You will maximize inventory, stock shelves, build displays, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

Greet customers, provide product knowledge, and participate in training to improve expertise in wine, spirits, and beer. 21+ with 1–3 years in retail is preferred; familiarity with POS systems is required. Benefits include PTO and health plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory including processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays, and distributing inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and informing them about products and services.
• Support online operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup/delivery.
