Job summary

HTG Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a seasonal, hourly role on site in Oklahoma. The candidate will supervise maintenance staff, perform hands-on tasks, and ensure safe, efficient operations of the property.

A working supervisor, you will directly engage in repairs while managing a small team. Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years in the maintenance field.
• Direct supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in apartment maintenance incl. plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community maintenance as directed by Property Manager.
• Supervise and coach Maintenance Technician team.
• Schedule maintenance staff and vendors per policy.
• Monitor inventory and budget adherence.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE usage.
• Handle turnover processes and special projects.
