CSC Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Oklahoma City property to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents and staff. You will oversee maintenance tasks, supervise assistants, and coordinate service requests with a focus on timely, compliant outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance with HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications; 40-hour weeks with on-call rotation. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

• HVAC, EPA, and CPO certification required.
• 40 hours per week; on-call for emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Performs maintenance tasks and oversees assistants.
• Manages resident service requests and completes work orders within 24 hours when possible.
• Schedules maintenance staff for 24/7 emergency availability.
• Conducts regular safety meetings and maintains HAZCOM standards.
• Keeps records of preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Inspects and maintains tools and equipment.
• Develops maintenance staff and enforces a safety-first culture.
• Instructs staff on safety item usage.
