In this temporary role, you will handle light carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, and grounds maintenance while supporting routine turnovers and small projects.

Qualifications

• Prev. maintenance, construction, or handyman work required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair methods.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working around residents in a long-term care environment.
• Must pass background screening as per state and facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine building maintenance and repair tasks, including light carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing.
• Perform groundskeeping duties, such as mowing, trimming, and minor outdoor cleanup.
• Support room turnovers, hanging fixtures, and small projects.
• Conduct daily checks on facility equipment and safety items.
• Respond to work orders in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and supply areas.
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines.
