Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve resident work orders within 24–48 hours with quality repairs.
• Prepare vacants via make-ready inspections and punch lists.
• Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in safety meetings and follow OSHA guidelines.
