Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep indoor/outdoor property areas, respond to resident requests, and ensure safety and quality standards. You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and help complete make-readies for new residents.

Requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience. Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/One Site and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and diagnose defects.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant units and inspect work.
• Help control costs by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Track inventory, return items, and notify supervisor on re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Support safety and OSHA training and requirements.
• Provide courteous resident service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in routine property inspections and report concerns.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
