Job summary

Brobston Group in Washington DC seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and frontline assistance in a luxury boutique. The role is temporary and focuses on delivering a high-quality client experience across front- and back-of-house tasks.

You will greet clients, handle wrapping, restock, organize stockrooms, support concierge and after-sales activities, and maintain selling floor standards.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in-person at the location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at the point of sale.
• Support the sales process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep workstations and the selling floor organized, stocked, and maintained to merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, greeter, and after-sales activities, including repair logging and client follow-up.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
