Job summary

Brobston Group in San Diego seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique.

This temporary role supports the sales team and helps maintain a high standard of client service and boutique presentation, including assisting customers, stocking merchandise, and handling after-sales follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift 0–25 pounds and work in person at the location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Assist with hanging/returning merchandise, stock retrieval, and stockroom prep.
• Keep workstation and selling floor organized and stocked to merchandise standards.
• Support client services, concierge and post-sale follow-up activities.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
