Job summary

Moncler is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist in delivering an elevated client experience across FOH and BOH. You will partner with Client Advisors, Operations, and store leadership to manage client service, product flow, replenishment, and store organization.

The role requires flexibility to support busy seasonal periods, with responsibilities spanning client engagement, product handling, and teamwork to meet store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated client experience.
• Support Client Advisors during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and connect clients with the appropriate advisor.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from back of house to sales floor quickly.
• Support product availability and replenishment for the sales team.
• Maintain and organize both BOH and sales floor.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise as directed.
• Support inventory activities and cycle counts as requested.
