Job summary

Moncler in New York is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist the store team during peak periods, delivering an elevated client experience across FOH and BOH. This part-time role requires flexibility and a proactive mindset.

You will work with Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and management to ensure merchandise flow, replenishment, and efficient store operations while upholding Moncler standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and connect clients with Client Advisors or management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment for efficient client service.
• Develop knowledge of the Moncler brand, products, and Client Promise.
• Assist with daily product flow, replenishment, stock organization, and movement between BOH and FOH.
• Maintain a clean, organized BOH and sales floor and support inventory activities.
