Job summary

Moncler, the luxury brand, seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor for a part-time seasonal position in New York. You will assist Client Advisors, manage product flow, and help deliver an elevated client experience during peak periods.

Responsibilities include replenishment, BOH/FOH coordination, inventory support, and maintaining Moncler standards in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, flexibility, and a client-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated and engaging Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors throughout the client journey, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and help connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or store management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
• Develop foundational knowledge of the Moncler Brand, products, and Client Promise.
• Support individual and team objectives through proactive and responsive assistance.
• Maintain a clean, organized BOH and sales floor.
• Assist with inventory activities and cycle counts.
• Follow all Company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.
