Job summary

Moncler is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor in Cabazon, CA. You will assist Client Advisors, support product flow, replenishment, stock organization, and store operations during peak periods, across FOH and BOH.

The role emphasizes delivering an elevated client experience, teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. You will collaborate with operations, merchandising, and store leadership to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and connect clients with the right teammate.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from BOH to sales floor quickly.
• Support product availability and replenishment to aid the sales team.
• Assist with stock organization, go-backs, and inventory activities.
• Maintain clean and organized BOH and sales floor.
