Moncler is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist the store team during peak periods, performing duties across both front of house and back of house to ensure an elevated client experience. You will work with Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and store leadership to keep product flow smooth and replenishment timely.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated and engaging Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors throughout the client journey, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and help connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
• Develop foundational knowledge of the Moncler Brand, products, and Client Promise.
• Support individual and team objectives through proactive and responsive assistance.
• Support daily product flow, including replenishment, go-backs, stock organization, and movement between BOH and FOH.
• Maintain a clean, organized BOH and sales floor.
• Assist with inventory activities, cycle counts, and other operational needs.
• Support visual merchandising standards and product organization.
• Be a team player and provide flexible support based on store needs.
