Moncler is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to join our store team during peak periods. This role supports both front of house and back of house operations, ensuring a seamless client experience and smooth product flow.

You will work with Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising and management to uphold Moncler's standards and brand promise. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, dependable, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated and engaging Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
• Develop foundational knowledge of the Moncler Brand, products, and Client Promise.
• Support individual and team objectives through proactive and responsive assistance.
