Hermès Beverly Hills is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and front/back-of-house support in a fast-paced luxury boutique. The role starts in November and continues through December 31st.

Duties include greeting clients, assisting with selling processes, stock organization, and coordinating with service teams. Requires strong communication, customer service focus, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service per Hermès standard: greet, assist, wrap/pack at point of sale.
• Support sales process: hang/return stock, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
• Maintain workstation and selling floor; ensure items stocked and merch standards.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales: log repairs, contact clients, maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
