Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to be the face of our luxury brand in-store. You will greet clients, assist with purchases, operate POS, and keep the sales floor organized.

Your role includes processing shipments, replenishing stock, and supporting visual merchandising while delivering exceptional customer service. We value experience in retail, fashion awareness, English proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/Laptop, Internet).
• Ability to read price and product release sheets, multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance; act as brand ambassador.
• Operate POS and maintain cash wrap accuracy and organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; uphold loss prevention standards.
